I’m Catherine, and I’m here to offer you my wealth of experience as a mental health counselor. My career has revolved around helping individuals adjust to disability, cope with trauma, and address alcohol and drug use disorders. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with both adolescents and adults across diverse settings, from state welfare programs to residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs. I hold the Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) license and earned my master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University.
In our sessions, my approach is all about authenticity and heartfelt guidance. Together, we’ll embark on a thoughtful journey to explore your life narrative, identifying patterns that shed light on how you react to your thoughts and feelings, the behaviors of others, and your surroundings.
You can work with me in person at our comfortable Longmont office. I also provide online counseling, which gives you the convenience of counseling from your own space by phone or computer. My ultimate goal is to help you find your way forward, fostering personal growth, self-love, and stronger connections with those around you.
