My name is Geneva, but you can call me Gennie. If you feel that life is overwhelming, especially when you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or navigating your identity and personal goals, you are not alone. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward—but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on adolescents, adult women, and non-binary individuals. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and heal from life’s challenges.
I take an individualized approach to therapy, integrating various modalities with creative, experiential techniques like art, nature, games, and somatic processes. My background includes working in medical and outpatient settings, providing biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, case management, and individual therapy. I’ve also led therapy groups focused on processing emotions, building coping skills, and navigating trauma. Whether working with clients in a hospital, community-based program, or outpatient setting, I prioritize trust, collaboration, and a supportive environment tailored to each person’s needs.
Reaching out for support is a big step, and I’m here to make the process feel approachable and meaningful. Whether we meet in person in a welcoming office space or connect online through a secure platform, my goal is to ensure you feel safe, heard, and empowered. Together, we can take that first step toward the life you want to build that aligns with your values, strengths, and aspirations.
