More About Jeremy Umansky

Hi, I’m Jeremy Umansky, a counselor trainee currently working toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m on the path to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Colorado, and I truly love the work I get to do with clients.

I use a holistic and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with mindfulness and meditation techniques. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building a deeper understanding of yourself.

Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, social anxiety, body image concerns, or traits related to narcissistic personalities, I’m here to help you explore what’s going on and discover tools that work for you. Healing looks different for everyone—and together, we’ll find what feels right for you.
