More About Karimah (Kay) Sabree

Hi, I’m Kay! I believe therapy should be as unique as you are, so I take a personalized approach to every session. By blending different therapeutic techniques, I create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I especially enjoy incorporating mindfulness and somatic practices to help process trauma, ease distress, and build resilience. Whether you’re facing anxiety, life transitions, or emotional challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

My experience spans working with teens, young adults, and individuals facing complex life situations. In a residential setting, I provided therapy to help young people navigate their emotions, relationships, and transitions toward independence. I’ve also worked extensively in community mental health, helping people overcome barriers, access resources, and move toward meaningful, fulfilling lives. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to support you in finding balance, healing, and a sense of control.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to connect if you’re looking for a therapist who listens without judgment and helps you develop real, practical strategies for change. Let’s work together to create a path that feels right for you. Reach out today—I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
