I’m Stephanie, a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST), and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). My work has focused on the integration between the mind, body, and spirit. I also have additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR. I believe that despite life’s challenges, health is always present, even when we feel disconnected from it. From this place of health, we can tap into and appreciate our resilience, strength, and vulnerability while tackling the more challenging beliefs and behaviors that have become obstacles in our lives.

I have a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, and my journey in the mental health field has led me to work with children, adolescents, and adults across various settings, ranging from county mental health services to private practice and teaching. I am deeply committed to nurturing the full expression of each client’s unique gifts and guiding them toward a place of self-discovery and growth. Currently, I work with adults of all ages.

Outside of my professional life, I call Boulder, Colorado, home. This is where I enjoy spending time with my family and our energetic pets. When I’m not in my therapeutic role, you’ll likely find me outdoors, playing in the dirt or snow, immersed in a good book, experimenting with new recipes, or planning the next adventure. My practice is LGBTQIA+ friendly, and I warmly welcome individuals from all walks of life.
