Please arrive 5 minutes before your in-person appointment. Please feel free to make yourself comfortable in our waiting room, and the provider will be out to greet you as soon as possible.  If you need anything while you are waiting for your appointment, please feel free to call our main office at 888-830-0347 and we will assist you via telephone.

Please note that if you call outside of our front office hours (after 5 pm EST or 5 pm MST, depending on your location) you may receive our general voicemail. The therapists may still schedule appointments outside of the front office hours.

If there is an emergency, you can be connected with our answering service by following the prompts and they will put you in contact with your provider.
