I understand the importance of humor in maintaining balance and coping with life’s challenges, and I bring that into my work. As a licensed social worker (LSW), I am trained to assist individuals dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, queer identity confusion, school-related issues, learning disabilities, and life transitions.
I use mindfulness, person-centered, and strength-based trauma-informed approaches to help my clients understand their patterns, navigate family conflicts, and effectively cope with depression and anxiety.
