Anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder: these are all names of possible mental health diagnoses you may be dealing with. You may not have given it a name yet. Either way, I’d like the opportunity to see if I can help. Mental health can impact our lives in many ways, from affecting our thoughts, routines, relationships, and even our physical bodies. However, you may be uniquely feeling the weight of the world; I am confident we can find a way to make things feel even a little bit lighter.
I have years of experience working with pregnant and parenting people struggling to incorporate the new changes in their lives as well as grieve the losses of the lives that never came to be. I have also supported people in the height of crisis. Regardless of your situation, my priority will always be you, my client. Helping to find the strengths you already possess and working to use those to your advantage to tackle the obstacles you currently face. It is my job to use my knowledge, my experience, and my skills to meet you where you are at and help you figure out where to go from here.
Whether you prefer in-person sessions at a cozy office space or the flexibility of online therapy, I am here to support you in a way that fits your needs. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or need a place to talk, I invite you to take the first step to connect with me. Together, we can work toward empowering you to process, cope, and learn ways to find more balance and ease.
