About

Do you feel overwhelmed and “broken,” trying to fit into the box of who you’re “supposed to be?” Have you been frustrated trying to follow the path others and society expect of you? If you’re struggling with your gender identity, sexuality, relationships (whether monogamous or non-monogamous), or other aspects of self and self-expression, you are not alone. Uncovering and embracing who you are is difficult but rewarding. And as a sex-positive, kink-informed therapist, I have the knowledge and experience to walk with you on that journey.

I believe that therapy should be as unique as the individuals seeking it. That's why I draw from a wide range of therapeutic techniques to customize my approach for each client's specific goals. My therapy style is founded on collaboration, recognizing that you are the expert on your own experiences.  I’ve created a warm, safe space to ask the hard questions, where you will always be met with empathy and respect. I'm here to listen, support, and challenge you as you navigate the ups and downs of your life.

Many people today feel disconnected from one another and even from themselves. Together, we can explore these feelings, helping you navigate the path to authenticity and empowering you to embrace your true self, beyond external expectations. No matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to go forward alone.
