Hi, I’m Jayne (she/her). I am a therapist based in Boulder, CO. My background in neuroscience helps me understand how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors shape our experiences, especially when navigating grief and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with compassion and support.
I believe healing happens when we embrace our life stories and recognize our strengths. I help clients develop healthier habits and coping strategies and work toward creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, tailored to your unique needs. I draw from existential, narrative, and solution-focused techniques and evidence-based methods like DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
Outside of counseling, I find balance through meditation, outdoor activities like biking and hiking, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a therapist who values authenticity, connection, and genuine support, I’d love to meet you. Let’s take this journey together.
