About

Hi, I'm Jenna, a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado. I earned my master's degree in Addiction Psychology from Colorado State University. Before joining Mindfully, I gained valuable experience in community mental health and residential treatment settings.

My passion lies in guiding adolescents and adults on their wellness journeys, helping them take transformative steps toward healing, embodiment, and self-leadership. I bring a specialized focus on somatic therapeutic techniques and mindfulness-based stress reduction, anchored in my training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal-informed therapy. My commitment is to provide a holistic and integrative approach, fostering a safe, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic space where clients can tap into their creative intuition and build self-efficacy.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm not just a therapist; I'm an avid yogi who seamlessly integrates yogic concepts into my clinical practice. Whether I'm running, climbing mountains, tending to my garden, immersed in mystery novels, or enjoying quality time with my children and pets, my diverse interests contribute to a well-rounded perspective that enhances my therapeutic approach. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way. Let's connect and explore the possibilities together.
