More About Julia Charron

Hey there! I’m Julia, and I’m here to be your partner in navigating life’s ups and downs with resilience and confidence. I specialize in working with children and adolescents. With a Master’s in Social Work and my sights set on becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve crafted my path through experiences in pediatric inpatient psych and as a student therapist in an adolescent partial hospitalization program.

My approach to therapy is anything but one-size-fits-all. It’s dynamic, engaging, and, yes, even fun! I blend strength-based techniques, client-centered strategies, and insights from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor sessions to your unique needs. I’m all about empowering you to tap into your inner strengths and conquer whatever challenges come your way.

Working with adolescents truly lights up my world. I understand that therapy can feel daunting, especially for young folks. That’s why I’m committed to building genuine connections with my clients, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can express yourself freely and explore the depths of your emotions. Together, we’ll navigate this journey with compassion, curiosity, and maybe even a sprinkle of laughter along the way. I can’t wait to meet you and embark on this exciting journey together!
