Hello, I'm Sophie, and my passion is working with young people. I believe in creating a warm and caring environment where I can listen and offer a variety of solutions tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and dreams. I aim to empower my clients and provide a safe and comfortable space where we can explore the complexities of life together, fostering a sense of understanding and openness.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults on the spectrum. I understand the importance of humor in maintaining balance and coping with life's challenges, and I bring that into my work. As a licensed social worker (LSW), I am trained to assist individuals dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, queer identity confusion, school-related issues, learning disabilities, and life transitions.

I use mindfulness, person-centered, and strength-based trauma-informed approaches to help my clients understand their patterns, navigate family conflicts, and effectively cope with depression and anxiety.
