More About Chris Sandbach

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s not always easy to navigate the challenges that come our way. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or struggles with self-esteem, it’s important to know that support is available. You may feel stuck, unsure of how to move forward or need a safe space to process your thoughts and emotions. My goal is to provide a compassionate and understanding environment where we can explore your concerns together and work towards meaningful change.

I bring a unique combination of professional experience and personal understanding to my work. With my previous professional career combined with my experience working in mental health services, I understand the complexities of stress management, anxiety, depression, career transitions, personal growth, and other issues. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families. I utilize a person-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to tailor our sessions to your individual needs.

Taking the first step toward seeking support can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to listen, support, and empower you in your journey toward healing and growth. I can meet you in person at our comfortable office space in Longmont. Or, if you prefer, we can meet virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Let’s take this step together—reach out today to get started.
