As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to wellness. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or dissatisfied with your circumstances, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges. Whether you’re dealing with ongoing depression, anxiety, past trauma, or other emotional difficulties, there is hope for healing.

My clinical experience encompasses adult mental health and wellness, with a diverse background in outpatient community mental health, integrated care medical settings, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. I have worked with individuals facing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space that fosters a collaborative partnership, which can lead to profound healing.

In my practice, I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Activation, and Attachment-Based therapy. I am committed to continuous learning and expanding my toolkit to support my clients better.
