About

I believe that we are made for relationships and that every person deserves a space of belonging.

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in a relational and integrative approach, emphasizing a deep understanding of your internal world and employing various therapeutic strategies tailored to your individual needs. My work primarily addresses trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. By adopting a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective, I integrate methods from DBT therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, somatic experiencing, and EMDR therapy where beneficial. This approach allows us to collaboratively explore and navigate our challenges, focusing on building resilience and facilitating meaningful change.

You may find that your trauma has left you with negative, shaming messages that make it difficult to live the life you long for. I am passionate about helping you rework these shaming messages that hold you down and isolate you so that you can love yourself amidst your imperfections. We can help you reconnect with your body, past, and relationships. I am passionate about creating a kinder, safer, and more just world that begins with people feeling safe and at home with themselves. I desire that in fostering a safe space for clients to heal their trauma, they will become catalysts for healing as they, too, foster safe spaces within their families and communities.
